13,500lb Winch Mounting Bolt Set

Description

The supplied bolts are the correct length for the installation of a 13500lb WINCHMAX winch onto a 5-7mm plate. Other thicknesses may require bolts of different lengths. The required criteria are that the bolts are at least 8.8 grade high tensile, the thread length should be sufficiently long to fully engage the square nut but must not protrude to the extent that the bolt contacts the top of the nut housing in the winch frame.

The 13500 winch mounting bolt set comprises of:

4 x M10x30 8.8 grade hex bolts
4 x M10 square nuts (15.8mm x15.8mm x 8.3mm)
4 x M10 flat washers (2.0mm thick)
4 x M10 spring washers (2.8mm thick)
2 x M12x25 8.8 grade hex bolts
2 x M12 8.8 grade hex nuts
2 x M12 flat washers (2.0mm thick)
2 x M12 spring washers (3.3mm thick)
