This is an OMP Racing Seat Mounting Bracket?that is vehicle specific, rather than universal. It gives you the option to utilize stock mounting positions and/or hardware to install your premium OMP racing seats. Built around how your vehicle specifically mounts its seat, this will give you a better fit and will make it so that no major drilling or welding will be needed. Also, these mounts are typically stronger and safer thanks to its similar build style to the OE mounts.
