Shimano has lightened up their Ultegra Bottom Bracket with the SM-BBR60. This new design drops 14g off its ancestor and features a new seal system which reduces friction by 50%.

The SM-BBR60 is available in English threads. Compatible with all Hollow Tech II cranks.

Shimano Dura-Ace R9100 Bottom Bracket

The Shimano Dura-Ace R9100 Bottom Bracket offers 50% reduction in friction so your cranks will spin with less system drag.

Shimano precisely engineers their highest quality steel ball bearings for this unit and with the seal effectiveness improved, infiltration and corrosion are incredibly unlikely, even with regular bike cleanings during the rainy seasons or during cyclocross.

Note The Dura-Ace Ultegra BBR60 R9100 Bottom Bracket will not fit the older 44mm 16 notch outboard bearing cup tools.
