The 40-Series is the workhorse line of Cane Creek’s headsets. The 40-Series borrows design features from their premium 110-Series, incorporating all the features necessary for a durable, light-weight, long-lasting headset that represents the perfect balance of performance, durability and value. The 40.ZS44/ZS56 headset fits bikes/frames with a 1-1/8″ – 1.5″ tapered headtube designed for ZeroStack headsets.
However, by using the Cane Creek Conversion Crown Race (sold separately); the 40 Series ZeroStack Tapered Headset can be used with a 1-1/8″ steerer tube.
